14 जुलै 2023 रोजी या चॅनलवर सोमय्यांबाबत बातमी दाखवली होती. त्यानंतर काही दिवसांनी हे चॅनल 72 तास बंद करण्याची नोटीस माहिती प्रसारण मंत्रालयाने दिली होती. याविरोधात चॅनलने दिल्ली हायकोर्टात धाव घेतल्यानंतर बंदी काढून घेतली होती. पण, आता पुन्हा एकदा लोकशाही मराठीचे लायन्सस रद्द करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला आहे.
